Allah ne nabie paak ko dunyan ke liye kaise rehmat banaka bheja jabki aadmi ka jisam bhi dunya me dakhil hai or aap s.a.w. ko unki islah ki kuchh khabar hi nahi to keh sakte the ki nabie aazam s.a.w. jism ke kisi tarah bhi rehmat nahi ho sakte ?

(1) Miswaak :- insaan ko bahut si bimaaryun se mehfooz rakhti hai
(2) Gizzaun me sab se better behtar Doodh hai agar tumhen pine ke liye doodh de to inkaar mat karo kyunki allah taala ki yeh bahut badi rehmat hai tum par ki ussne pine ke liye pakizza doodh ataa kiya
(3) Khule huwe pani me bimaari :- nabi e paak s.a.w. ko thanda or mithaa pani pasand tha or aap hidayat karte ki pani ke bartnun ko dhaanp diya kro or mashkizun ke munh ko band rakha karo or yeh bhi farmate ki khule huwe pani me balaen (viruse) or bimaryan dakhil hoti hai
(4) Meade (pet) se bura koi zarf nahi :- khuda ne meade se bura koi zarf paidah nahi kiya hai kabhi nahi bharta iss liye munasib hai ki meade ke 3 hisse (part) karliye jaaen 1 giza ke liye 2 pani ke liye 3 saans ki amado raft ke liye

(8) Riyazat se badan ko na thakao:- tum par ahalo ayaal or badan ka bhi haqq hai riyazat wo ibaadat se badan ko itna na thakao ki dil bezaar hojae (uksaane lage)
(9) Khaana or parhez:- khana bimariyun ka sabse bada sabab hai Or parhez tamaam dawaon ki 1 dawa

(10) Khane me Ahtiyaat:- jo shakhs pet bharne se pehle haath rok le uske badan ka nizaam (sistum) umdah rehta hai uski sehat achhi rehti hai Or zahin (mind) tandrust rehta hai
(11) Paani Or saans:- jab pani piyo to saan bartan gilas botal me na chhorha karo or na hi 1 saans me janwarun ki tarah piyo balki 3 saans me or ruk ruk kar aaram se beth kar piyo
(12) Safar Or tandrusti:- safar kiya karo tandrusti paaoge or khoob rozi hasil karoge
(13) Raat ka khaana :- Raat ka khaana mat chhorho kuchh na mile to 1 muthhi khujoor hi khaliya karo kyunki raat ka khana chhorhne se burhapa jaldi aata hai
(14) Bad hazmi Or takkabbur :- takya lagakar. Khade hokar. Sawari me beth kar khane se badhazmi hojati hai or isske khilaf amal karne se khana hazam hota hai +takkabbur bhi door hota hai
(15) SALT namak 70 bimaryun ka ilaaj :- khana namak se start karna chahiye iss liye ki namak me 70 bimaaryun se shifaa rakhi gai hai un me se kuchh yeh hai junoon.juzzam.korh.pet ka dard.daantun ka dard etc.
(16) Rozaa rakhi tandrusti lo:- rozza rakha kro tandrust rahoge
